Proposal Submission Process

Proposals are reviewed from the August through the April Business meetings of each year.

For curricular proposals:

All curricular proposals are to be submitted through the University’s Curriculum Information Management System (CIM).

Undergraduate Proposals:
- New undergraduate programs and substantive curricular changes to existing undergraduate curricula must be reviewed by the University Curriculum Committee (UCC) after submission to the Office of Accreditation and Assessment (OAA), and prior to submission to the General Welfare Committee.

Graduate Proposals:
- New graduate programs and substantive curricular changes must be reviewed by the Graduate Council, after submission to the Office of Accreditation and Assessment (OAA), and prior to submission to the General Welfare Committee.
